The EcuTek USB Dongle enables the use of EcuTek ProECU software (free) which allows communication between the ECU your EcuTek Connect OBDII Connector. This does not allow you to tune your own vehicle and it does not include any licenses. This is for a replacement EcuTek USB Dongle key.
