We strive to ship all orders placed before 3pm EST same day. We do not currently offer international shipping through the website. Please contact Sales@Dynosty.Com for international needs or shipping outside of the contiguous USA.
Free Shipping Policy:
Dynosty offers Free Ground Shipping on most orders over $99.00! Look for the "Free Shipping*" badge on product pages.
Exclusions & Limitations:
Contiguous US Only: Free shipping applies only to orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and International destinations are excluded.
Oversized & Heavy Items: Items that are exceptionally heavy or require freight (LTL) delivery (such as engines, seats, body panels) may be subject to fixed shipping rates or additional handling fees. These items generally will not display the Free Shipping badge but there may be some exceptions.
RETURNS
All returns are subject to inspection of component upon arrival. Refunds and exchanges may be available if the components are in new and unopened condition. All refunds are handled on a case by case basis (NO returns accepted on electronic goods), and should begin with contacting us directly at Sales@Dynosty.Com. Returns will carry a minimum 5% restock fee for our card processing charges. Please note, if your purchase is returned as undeliverable or refused, you will be held responsible for the shipping charges as well as a restock fee of up to 20%. Alternatively, we can reship the item for the full cost of freight back to your shipping address.
CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed and processing, our card processor will hold a percentage of the funds for a processing fee. As such, any order cancellation is subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover those costs. We do our best to maintain accurate website inventory & pricing, for absolute clarity please contact sales with stock status questions prior to placing an order. Please note, we reserve the right to cancel any order.
