- After Hours/Weekends: While we frequently process orders outside of standard hours, it is not guaranteed. Please plan your tuning sessions accordingly.
How to Receive Your Credits: Once you receive your "Order Status Changed" email, simply connect your interface to your PC and Resync your device in the VCM Suite software. Your new credits will then appear as usable.
Licensing Information:
• Single Vehicle License: Tied to the specific ECM/PCM and the interface used at the time of licensing. Replacing a module will require re-licensing.
• Module Variation: While many vehicles require (2) credits for an ECM, some platforms require additional credits for TCM (Transmission), FICM, or CCM tuning.
• Verify Fitment: Always consult the official HP Tuners Supported Vehicle List to confirm credit costs for your specific year, make, and model.
