The BTR V3 Truck Camshafts are the result of BTR’s most advanced truck cam development program to date, delivering increased torque and horsepower throughout the RPM range. Designed for strong midrange performance, these cams are ideal for towing and daily-driven truck applications.
Each camshaft is developed using advanced valvetrain simulation, dynamic modeling, and Spintron testing across both cathedral and rectangular port cylinder heads—ensuring stability and reliability in a wide range of LS-based setups.
Extensive engine and chassis dyno testing, combined with in-cylinder pressure monitoring, allows BTR to optimize cam timing, valve overlap, and exhaust scavenging for maximum efficiency and real-world performance.
Unlike traditional catalog grinds, the V3 series features a clean-sheet design using motorsports-level engineering and development processes.
