After countless designs, grinds, Spintron sessions, Superflow engine dyno tests, we are proud to introduce the newest addition to our Gen 3/4 LS Truck Cam lineup.

Idle note and chop is similar to our more aggressive truck grinds.

Fits 1999+ GM Trucks (Silverado, Sierra, Tahoe, Yukon, etc) with 4.8 or 5.3 (Head gaskets do NOT fit 6.0L or 6.2L)
Does not work with direct injection equipped trucks (2015+)
