The MXP titanium shift knob is weighted for a clean shift feel, and comes with 4 metal threaded inserts to fit most Japanese applications such as the Nissan 350Z, Infiniti G35 and Nissan 370Z. The metal inserts are superior to the plastic style that frequently strip out. Thread pitches included: 8×1.25, 10×1.25, 10×1.5, and 12×1.25
